The Villa 2 variety is characterized by high turf density and a fine leaf structure. It demonstrates good resistance indicators to common turfgrass diseases, including Fusarium and dollar spot.
The plant is intended for professional use in creating sports turf, in particular greens on golf courses. The variety is capable of maintaining a high-quality appearance of the cover even under intensive low mowing.
