The variety is intended for conditions of intensive use where regular low mowing is required. It is characterized by high indices of stand density and overall turf quality inherent to the Agrostis canina species.

During trials, resistance to common diseases, including pink snow mold, was evaluated. The variety forms a fine-leaved structure well adapted to extremely low mowing on green areas.
