The variety is intended for the formation of highest-quality turf on golf courses and bowling greens. The plant forms an exceptionally dense, thick, and fine stand of medium-green color, adapted to low mowing at a height of 4 to 7 millimeters.

The variety is distinguished by high tolerance to turf diseases, good winter hardiness, and the ability to maintain color during the winter period. During use, it is capable of forming a thatch layer, which requires regular aeration and scarification to maintain surface quality.
