The variety forms snow-white flattened bulbs weighing from 60 to 80 grams. It possesses a juicy texture, low pungency, and a mild sweetish taste.
The variety is winter-hardy, traditionally planted in the autumn period from September to November, with harvest occurring in May or early June. Cultivation is possible by sowing seeds, using transplants, or planting onion sets.
