The vegetation period is 120 to 135 days. The bulbs have a torpedo shape, 12–17 cm in length, approximately 5 cm in diameter, and an average weight of 150–165 g. The dry scales are golden-brown or light brown in color, while the succulent scales are white or pinkish-white.
The taste of the onion is mild and sweetish, with nutty notes. The variety is intended for cultivation in the open field, is suitable for long-term storage during the winter period, and possesses good transportability. High yield is combined with low-maintenance requirements, and the shape of the bulbs allows for the use of a dense planting scheme.
