The variety is late-maturing and belongs to late autumn varieties. The plant forms a very long white stem portion, reaching 60 cm, with light green leaves.
Leeks of this variety are sensitive to low temperatures and have low winter hardiness. Cultivation requires deep, loose, and well-fertilized soils. Sowing is recommended from March to May, and harvesting from October to November.
