The inflorescence of the variety has a spherical shape and a diameter of 15 to 20 cm. Individual flowers reach 2–2.5 cm in diameter and have a uniform violet-blue color, corresponding to code N082B on the color scale.

The plant is perennial and relatively low-maintenance. Sunny areas with well-drained soil are preferred for cultivation. The variety is used in mixed flower beds and rock gardens; it attracts pollinators such as bees and butterflies.
