The plant forms an upright rosette with succulent, smooth, and crisp white-colored stalks. Due to the self-blanching type, the variety does not require hilling to obtain light-colored stalks, and its texture is characterized by a reduced fiber content.

The hybrid is suitable for cultivation at various times ("all-season"), possesses resistance to common diseases, bolting, lodging, and has good field-holding ability. The variety is intended for professional production and the fresh market.
