The variety was obtained as a result of breeding work with local horseradish populations with the participation of specialists from Nyíregyháza College. The variety's produce is valued for the marketability of the roots, white flesh, and the absence of pronounced bitterness, which is characteristic of Hungarian varieties from the Hajdúság region.

In comparative field studies, the variety shows stable results in marketable yield and distribution of roots by quality classes. It belongs to the Spreewaldi type, which determines increased susceptibility to white blister (Albugo candida).

The variety is intended for commercial use, including both fresh market sales and industrial processing, particularly for the production of grated horseradish with vinegar.
