The vegetation period of the variety is up to 90 days from germination. The root crops have a cylindrical shape 15–18 cm long, sometimes reaching 25 cm. The flesh is of an intense burgundy color without pronounced light radial rings; the tops are firmly attached to the root.
The variety is resistant to major diseases and pests. The root crops are distinguished by a high sugar content, a low nitrate level and are suitable for fresh consumption, culinary use, juice production and long-term winter storage. Hilling is recommended during cultivation.
