The flesh of the root crops is sweet, tender, of a saturated dark burgundy color without pronounced concentric rings. The variety possesses good keeping quality during storage and high marketability.
The plant belongs to cold-resistant crops. To obtain a high yield, the variety grows best on light, fertile, and well-fertilized soils. The use of the fruits is universal, including fresh consumption, processing, and long-term storage.
