The plant has vigorous development and upright foliage with a small attachment area to the root, which simplifies the harvesting process. The root crops have a cylindrical, even shape, reaching 15–20 cm in length and 7–9 cm in diameter. The fruit weight varies from 150 to 250 g, and under good conditions, individual specimens reach 600 g.
The flesh of the root crop is juicy, dense, dark red or burgundy in color without pronounced radial rings. The sugar content is 8–8.6%, and dry matter is 10–12%. The variety is resistant to drought, temperature stress, and fungal diseases. The yield is 6.5–8 kg/m².
The purpose of the variety is universal: sale in the fresh market, long-term storage, and industrial processing. The root crops tolerate transportation well and are adapted for mechanical harvesting.
