Variety description

The variety forms root crops of a regular spherical shape and medium size. A distinctive feature is the uniform intense red color of the flesh and a high content of coloring pigments, which allows the crop to be used for industrial processing and the production of food dyes.

The variety is mid-season and is suitable for cultivation both as a primary crop and as a repeated summer crop. It is intended for fresh consumption and canning.
