The plant reaches a height of about 60 cm. Leaf blades are rounded, dark green in color, and have a slightly curly surface with wavy edges. A distinctive feature of the variety is its wide, glossy, white stalks-petioles.
The variety is intended for bunch production and can be harvested either as individual leaves or as whole rosettes. It possesses good bolting resistance. It is suitable for the autumn-winter growing cycle; harvesting in late summer followed by spring production is also possible.
