Variety description

The plant forms smooth, dark green leaves. A distinctive feature of the variety is its large, pronounced silvery-white petioles, which are used in cooking. At high planting density, the variety allows for smaller leaves to be harvested for salads.

The variety is intended for cultivation in open field. Plants reach a height of about 60 cm and are not prone to rapid bolting. Precise information on the maturity period and disease resistance is unavailable.
