Variety description

The plant reaches a height of 40–60 cm and forms a leaf rosette with a moderate degree of crinkling. A distinctive feature of the variety is its large, fleshy, silvery-white petioles.

Technical maturity is reached 60 days after sowing or in 10–12 weeks. The variety is characterized by high endurance and resistance to premature bolting.

The crop can be harvested by partially cutting the outer leaves to extend the harvest period. The variety is suitable for cultivation in open fields, raised beds, and containers; the leaves are consumed like spinach, and the petioles like asparagus.
