Variety description

The plant forms a rosette approximately 40 cm in height. The white petioles reach 30–45 cm in length and 10–13 cm in width. The variety possesses good general resistance to diseases and adverse factors, including heat and cold.

The period from sowing to harvest is 10–12 weeks. The variety is suitable for sowing in spring, summer, and autumn periods, allowing for harvests from July to November. Both leaves and petioles are edible; the crop is suitable for cultivation in small plots.
