The leaf blade of the plant is very dark green in color with a slightly blistered surface and lacks anthocyanin coloration. The petioles are characterized by a white color, fleshiness, and length; their width ranges from medium to wide.

The variety is productive and cold-tolerant. It is suitable for cultivation both in the open field and at home in containers. It is used in international assessment systems to compare leaf color intensity traits and petiole parameters of other chard varieties.
