Variety description

The plant forms a voluminous bush with an upright habit. The leaves are bright green in color and have a slightly blistered surface. One of the key features of the variety is the very wide, white, fleshy petioles, the width of which ranges from 7 to 10 cm.

The variety is mid-season and is characterized by high yield. The plant is resistant to premature bolting, which allows it to be grown in the spring-summer period and harvested over a long time with successive sowings. The produce is intended for cooked consumption.
