Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant has vigorous growth. The leaves are dark green in color and have a slightly wavy shape with clearly defined veins. A characteristic feature is the very wide, fleshy white petioles.

The variety is early-maturing, with a development period of about 60 days. Sowing is possible from early spring until July, and in mild climates until October. The harvest is suitable for culinary use: the leaves are used as an alternative to spinach, and the petioles are boiled, baked, or fried.
