The variety forms a plant 60–80 cm in height with a less spreading habit compared to analogues. Leaf blades have a pronounced blistered and curly structure. The optimal harvest period can be extended until spring, as the variety tolerates frosts down to –15°C, after which the taste of the leaves becomes sweeter.

The kale is intended for open field cultivation and sale on the fresh market. The produce is suitable for raw consumption, culinary processing, freezing, and is also used for decorative purposes.
