The variety is a medium-sized plant with a stem height of about 49 cm, forming a rosette of strongly curled dark green leaves on a central axis. During growth, it may show a tendency to form multiple growing points; it does not form a head.

The variety belongs to early and mid-early crops and is suitable for use as a second crop. It possesses good winter hardiness, stable yield, and resistance to leaf tip burn.

The taste of the leaves is characterized as bitter. The variety is distinguished by high uniformity in stem height and good overall plant condition when harvest dates are observed.
