Variety description

The variety is mid-early, with a maturity period after transplanting of 10–11 weeks. The plant develops vigorously, reaching a height of about 70 cm. The leaves are dark green, finely curled, and the rosette is spreading. Due to a strong main stem, the variety is resistant to lodging and is suitable for mechanical harvesting.

It is distinguished by high frost resistance, tolerating temperature drops down to -15°C, after which the leaves acquire a more delicate and sweet taste. The variety is versatile in use: suitable for fresh consumption as well as for various types of culinary processing.
