The variety forms large, firm heads of a slightly flattened shape with smooth light-green leaves and a short internal stem. The plant is characterized by the ability to withstand summer heat and high frost resistance, enduring temperature drops down to -10°C…-15°C.
This variety is traditionally used for fermentation and long-term storage in cold chambers. The harvest period, despite the indication of early maturity in some English names, lasts from the end of July to the end of December.
