The root crops of the variety have a spherical shape and firm flesh. A characteristic external feature is the purple coloration of the upper part of the root crop. The leaves of the variety are entire, which distinguishes it from many other turnip varieties, and are also suitable for human consumption.

The variety is intended for cultivation during the spring-summer period for autumn and winter consumption. The plant is productive and adapts well to adverse environmental conditions. For proper root crop formation, the variety requires light, stone-free soils.
