The Declic variety is a "Milan" type turnip hybrid. It is suitable for accelerated cultivation in early and late periods, and in regions with mild climates, sowing is possible throughout the year.

The root is flat-shaped, white with a distinct purple coloring in the upper part. The root flesh is white. The leaves are characterized by absent or very weak lobing; the variety is used as a reference standard for conducting official tests for distinctness, uniformity, and stability.
