The root crops of the variety have a flat or round shape, white coloration of the underground part and a characteristic purple or reddish tint of the collar. The flesh of the root crop is white, juicy and tender, distinguished by a mild sweetish taste with slight pungency.
The plant is compact, with bright green dissected leaves with a rough surface. The variety is characterized by rapid growth and is suitable for spring and autumn sowing in the open field, as well as for cultivation in greenhouses.
The root crops are intended for consumption in raw and cooked form. When planting, it is recommended to observe a distance of 10–15 cm between plants in a row and 20–30 cm between rows.
