The variety belongs to the May or autumn turnip group, characterized by rapid growth and readiness for harvest 6–8 weeks after sowing. The roots have a flat or flat-rounded shape, 6–8 cm in size, with white juicy flesh possessing a mild taste.

The plant develops a small number of light-green leaves, which are edible. The variety shows resistance to bolting and is suitable for both fresh consumption and culinary processing.

Sowing is carried out in March–May or July–August. This variety is also known by the names Milan White Red Top or Ronde Witte Roodkop.
