The variety forms large, tankard-shaped white roots. A feature is the ability of the roots to grow above the soil surface, which facilitates livestock grazing. The plant has whole, medium-sized leaves, the proportion of which accounts for about 40% of the total dry matter.

The crop is used as an intermediate for fattening lambs, as well as dairy and beef cattle. When sown after grain harvest, the crop is ready for grazing in 12 weeks. The variety shows good resistance to powdery mildew infestation.
