The root crop has a classic round shape with a purple upper part and a white base. The plant forms vigorous dark green foliage. The white flesh is characterized by a tender, juicy, and sweet consistency, which allows the variety to be used both in cooking and raw.

The variety possesses high resistance to cold, withstanding temperatures down to -5°C. The root crops store well during the winter period when kept in the soil, silos, or cellars up until March.
