The variety is a tetraploid intended for early harvesting, with a growing period from sowing to maturity of 12–14 weeks. The roots are characterized by an elongated shape and a white color with a purple "head". The placement of the roots in the soil is shallow, which facilitates the harvesting process.

The plant has abundant leaf mass with dissected leaves. The produce is used for grazing cattle and sheep directly in the fields, preparing fresh fodder, producing silage, and also for agro-ecological purposes to establish a winter food base for birds.
