The roots have a round-flat shape and reach about 10 cm in diameter. The color of the upper part (collar) is red-purple, the lower part of the root is white. The leaves of the variety are entire.

The flesh is white, dense and tender, distinguished by a sweet taste and crispy texture. The variety is characterized as very winter hardy, capable of withstanding low temperatures, and also possesses relative drought tolerance.
