The Aphrodite variety is a compact shrub 25–40 cm in height with a rounded crown shape and upright shoots. The plant's leaves are dark green and scale-like.
The plant belongs to the bud-flowering heather group, in which the flowers do not open fully. This ensures the retention of an ornamental appearance from late summer until November. The variety is characterized by winter hardiness and is suitable for cultivation in containers or group plantings in sunny and semi-shaded areas with acidic soil.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
