The variety is a sport of the variety «Aphrodite». The plant forms an upright, dense, and compact bush 25–30 cm in height with a crown diameter of 30–40 cm. The foliage is dark green.
The flowers are of a dark purple-red shade (RHS 60A). Flowering occurs from August to November. Due to the closed type of the buds, the plant is resistant to adverse autumn weather conditions.
The variety belongs to the Gardengirls series and is intended for use in gardens and container landscaping. It differs from the earlier variety «Athene» (2004) in its origin and later developmental stages.
