The variety belongs to the group of bud-blooming heathers, whose flowers do not open fully, remaining in the form of large buds, which maintains decorative appeal for a long time. The plant forms a wide upright bush with a height of 20–30 to 45–50 cm with bright green or dark green foliage.
Flowering and bud condition are observed from August–September to October–November. The variety is frost-resistant, withstands temperatures down to -23...-28°C (USDA zone 5), is drought-tolerant, and is undemanding in care. It prefers well-drained acidic soils, sunny exposure, or light partial shade.
The plant is used in landscape design for edging, rock gardens, and heather gardens, and is also grown in containers for decorating terraces and entrance areas.
