Maite is a low-growing creeping shrub that reaches 10 cm in height and 30 cm in diameter three years after planting. When grown in containers, the shoots can take on a weeping form.
The plant belongs to the bud-blooming type (Knospenblüher). The red-colored buds maintain their decorative appearance from September to November. The foliage has a dark green color.
The variety is intended for decorative landscaping and is well-adapted to container cultivation due to its compact size and growth characteristics.
