The plant has high vigor and an indeterminate growth habit. The fruits of the rootstock are yellow and cuboid in shape, however, the variety is not intended for the production of marketable yields.
Grafting commercial varieties onto Ultron F1 provides increased growth energy, resistance to soil-borne pathogens, and tolerance to soil salinity. The use of this rootstock contributes to a significant increase in the productivity of grafted plants.
