Variety description

10 August 2026

The tree reaches a height of 3–4.5 meters with a comparable crown width. In early spring, before the leaves appear, the tree is covered with clusters of dark pink flowers.

Heart-shaped leaves have a burgundy-red and mandarin-orange coloration when unfolding, transitioning to golden tones. In summer, the foliage turns reddish-green; a second flush of bright leaves is possible in June.

The variety is distinguished by a slow growth rate, resistance to summer leaf scorch, and tolerance to black walnut. Recommended for hardiness zones 5 through 9. Used as an ornamental plant for small gardens and patios.
