Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant reaches a height of 1.5–3 meters. It has thick leathery heart-shaped leaves with wavy edges and a "bumpy" texture, which have a reddish hue when unfurling and later become dark green. The branches have a characteristic zigzag shape, which causes the leaves to be arranged in a distinct two-row pattern.

Flowering is abundant, occurring in April–May before the leaves appear. Fuchsia-pink flowers bloom directly on the branches. The variety has winter hardiness down to -20°C, is drought-tolerant after rooting, and is also resistant to air pollution and calcareous soils.
