The variety has a weeping growth habit and reaches a height of 2–3 meters depending on the method of formation. The leaves are large, heart-shaped, and colored light green or golden, most intense in the first half of the season.
Flowering occurs before leaf emergence, with flowers having a light pink or purple hue. The plant is frost-hardy down to -20°C, prefers sunny or semi-shaded areas with well-drained soils, and tolerates transplanting poorly.
