The variety is intended for the food industry, where it is used for the production of chicory, pastes, and for the enrichment of bakery products with inulin. The green mass of the plant is used as a fodder product for farm animals.

The root crops have a conical shape, resembling a carrot, and are medium to elongated-large in size. The variety is used in research on mechanized root harvesting technologies and the influence of mineral nutrition on yield and chemical composition of the produce.
