The tree forms a compact or dense crown with thin branches lacking thorns. Leaves are lanceolate with a finely serrated margin and a characteristic aroma when rubbed. Fruits have a varying shape, from flattened to elongated, with a thick, rough rind, the color of which changes from yellow-orange to red-orange.

The variety is classified as early-maturing, ripening from October to December. Fruits are valued for their juiciness, balanced flavor, and ease of peeling. In cold regions, it is grown as a decorative container plant; the plant requires protection from freezing temperatures.
