The tree is characterized by medium vigor, a spreading dense canopy with flexible branches, and an almost complete absence of thorns. The variety belongs to the early or mid-early group; fruit ripening, depending on climatic conditions, begins from the second ten-day period of October.

The fruits have a weight of 70–120 g, bright orange juicy flesh with a pronounced aroma, a sweet taste, and a slight acidity. The peel is thin and easily separates from the flesh. The variety is valued for the low number of seeds or their absence, as well as for stable yield.

The variety is intended for fresh consumption. In agronomic studies, the genotype is considered within the «Comune» group when studying resistance to citrus diseases.
