The variety is a hybrid (tangor) of two diploid varieties — Fortune and Ellendale. Due to its triploid nature, the fruits are characterized by a very low seed content: on average from 0 to 0.5 seeds per fruit.

The fruits have an average size of 60–70 mm and a peel thickness of about 3.8 mm. The juice content is approximately 49%, while the flavor is characterized by a high sugar content of about 16° Brix and an acidity of about 20.5 g/l. The optimal harvesting period falls at the end of March.

The variety shows some susceptibility to Alternaria, although the severity of the symptoms of this disease is assessed differently by specialists.
