The tree of the variety is characterized by its compactness. A unique feature of the plant is the presence of red pigmentation in the bark, branches, as well as in the vascular bundles of the leaves and fruit stalks. The variety is compatible with most trifoliata hybrid rootstocks, such as citranges and Swingle citrumelo, and adapts well to hot inland growing regions, where the intensity of flesh pigmentation increases.
The fruits are medium to large in size, round or slightly oval in shape with a small navel. The peel has a characteristic reddish tint. The flesh is intensely colored, has a good flavor, and the juice contains low limonin, which minimizes the risk of bitterness. The variety is intended for fresh consumption and processing.
