The variety is mid-season; fruit ripening occurs from late December to March, and the harvest can remain on the tree for a long time. The plant is distinguished by vigorous growth, long drooping branches, and the presence of thorns. The tree is capable of withstanding short-term temperature drops down to -8°C.

The fruits are medium to large in size, round or slightly flattened in shape. The pulp is intensely colored with anthocyanins and has a sweet taste with a balance of sugar and acid. The orange rind is of medium thickness and easily separates from the pulp. The fruits are practically seedless and are suitable for fresh consumption and processing into juice.
