The tree is medium-sized, compact, with a spherical, spreading crown. Leaves are dark green, lanceolate, with a short petiole. The variety is prone to forming chimeras and may exhibit alternate bearing.

Fruits are large, weighing 200–300 g, round or slightly flattened in shape with a small navel. The rind is medium thickness, soft, and peels easily. The flesh is juicy, sweet, with a low acid content, typically consists of 10–12 segments, and is seedless.

The variety matures 3–4 weeks earlier than Washington Navel and is resistant to fruit cracking. Difficulties are noted when grafting onto certain rootstocks, such as C-35 and Carrizo citrange, which manifest as yellowing and stunted growth.
