The variety is a nucellar clone obtained through breeding work. The trees are characterized by high productivity, the absence of thorns, and vigorous growth. The crown has a compact or dense shape.
The fruits ripen from March to July, resemble the Washington Navel variety in shape and size, and have a smooth peel and a small navel. The flesh is orange, very juicy, with a sweet and sour taste. The fruits are capable of maintaining quality for a long time while remaining on the tree after ripening.
The plant requires protection from frost. Its nucellar origin ensures resistance to psorosis, however, the variety may be susceptible to other diseases, including citrus canker.
