ActiveCitrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck · Sweet orange
KENDALL CHISLETT, Gregory John
10 August 2026
The tree is medium to large in size, with a dense, rounded crown and thorns on the branches. The fruits are of medium to large caliber, often having an elongated shape or a characteristic neck; the rind is orange, sometimes with a red blush.
The variety is mid-late, with harvesting taking place from December to February-March. A specific microclimate with significant diurnal temperature fluctuations during the ripening period is required for intense expression of the red pigmentation in the flesh.

Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
