The Valencia Delta Seedless variety tree is characterized by vigorous growth, reaching 2–3 meters in height. The crown has practically no thorns and has a more upright habit compared to the parent variety. The variety is self-fertile, and the fruits are predominantly located inside the crown, which provides them with natural protection.
The fruits are medium to large in size, weighing 160–190 g, with a round or slightly oblong shape and thin dark orange peel. The pulp is characterized by the absence of seeds and a high juice yield, which contains a low amount of limonin. The variety is demanding in the choice of rootstock, among which Citrumelo Swingle CPB4475, Citrange Carrizo, and Forner Alcaide 5 are recommended.
